Mold Inspection in Indianapolis & Central Indiana

Mold needs just three things to grow: moisture, an organic food source (drywall, wood, insulation), and time. Central Indiana’s humid summers, combined with how common basements and crawl spaces are in the area, create conditions where mold can take hold behind walls or under flooring long before it’s visible.

We proudly serve Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Greenwood, Franklin, Avon, Zionsville, Fishers, and Beech Grove — and the surrounding Central Indiana communities.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are signs I might have a mold problem?
A persistent musty smell, visible staining or discoloration on walls or ceilings, recent water damage or leaks, or unexplained allergy-like symptoms that improve when you leave the house are all common signs worth having checked.

Do you just look, or do you test the air too?
We start with a visual and moisture-meter assessment. If conditions warrant it, we can arrange air and surface sampling sent to an independent lab for a lab-confirmed result.

Can mold affect a home sale?
Yes — visible mold or a musty odor is one of the more common issues that stalls or renegotiates a deal. Identifying and addressing it before listing, or understanding its scope before buying, protects both sides.

Do you also remove mold?
No — we inspect and document only. Keeping inspection and remediation separate avoids any conflict of interest, and we can refer you to a qualified remediation contractor if needed.
