Subterranean termites and other wood-destroying insects/organisms (WDIs/WDOs) — including carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder post beetles (anobiids and lyctids) and wood-decay fungi — are present throughout Indiana and can cause significant structural damage long before it’s visible from inside the home.
We proudly serve Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Greenwood, Franklin, Avon, Zionsville, Fishers, and Beech Grove — and the surrounding Central Indiana communities.
Why This Inspection Matters
Many lenders, and VA-backed loans in particular, require a completed WDI inspection report before closing. Even when it isn’t required by your lender, a WDI inspection is one of the more cost-effective ways to protect a home purchase — termite damage repairs can run into the thousands of dollars and are rarely covered by homeowners insurance.
